1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old in the United States (or 16 in the EU/UK) to use Enfocalendar. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, or misuse the Service.
• Do not reverse-engineer or scrape the Service without written permission.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

3. Intellectual Property

The Enfocalendar platform, features, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service.

4. Third-Party Services

We may rely on third-party providers (e.g., authentication, hosting, analytics, payments). Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.

5. Fees & Payments (If Applicable)

Paid plans, if offered, will be described at checkout. Taxes may apply. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable after the stated trial or refund period.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to liability (or $50 if no payments were made).

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms, suspected abuse, or legal/regulatory reasons.

9. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your U.S. state of domicile (or, if outside the U.S., the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules), unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.
